On this single day expedition we will float down the road less Wallowa river to our rendezvous point with the Wallowa Union Railroad where we will trade in our boats for a scenic train ride back up the river. This single day expedition will begin and end in Joseph, OR on Saturdays from June 19th to July 24th. The Weekend Getaway includes 1 night lodging at the Minam Motel, right on the river in Minam Oregon or at the Chandlers Inn B&B in Joseph, Oregon | |

These are self guided adventures. You will provide your own boat, safety equipment and guiding skills. We will provide transportation on the Train from Rondowa back to Minam, only. You will need to be prepared to deflate, roll and carry your boat up a short trail to be loaded onto the train. The train will depart Rondowa at 3pm for the 1 hour ride back up river. Reservations and prepayment with Winding Waters are required for this trip. Please call or email in advance. |

Pricing Policy:
We offer a 20% youth discount for children under the age of 18. Please check with us regarding a charter trip for your group of 10 or more. Group discounts are available. We will reserve an entire launch for your group.Multi-Day Trips include:
-Lodging at the Chandler's Inn Bed & Breakfast, in Joseph, Oregon the night before your launch date.-All meals beginning with breakfast day 1 and ending with lunch on the last day
-Round trip ground transportation from Chandlers B&B
-High quality river and camp equipment
-First Class guides
Trips do not include:
-Trip Interruption and Cancellation Insurance-Motels and meals after the trip
-Gratuities
-Cost of vehicle shuttle when necessary
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Your trip will be fully locked in after we receive a deposit of 50% of your total trip cost. This deposit will be due within 15 days of your booking date with the remainder of your trip cost being due 30 days prior to your launch date. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your trip, please contact us as soon as possible. If you find it necessary to cancel after your final due date we will not refund the cost of your trip unless we fill the trip or you are able to find a replacement for your spot.Posts from "The River"
