The Wallowa River is cooperating again. That bump of water from last weekend has subsided and the river is back in shape for fly fishing. Slightly off color but not enough to be a huge issue. The holding water has re opened and slowed down. The water temps are still right around 40 degrees. This is making for some great fishing conditions right now on the Wallowa River. Tom fished yesterday and landed 3 fish in about 1 hour, first thing in the morning. Doesn’t get much better than that.
